B-Town Day 3

So I didn't post last night because I was out late with my cousins, and it took me a while this morning because I woke up sick. (Boo!!)

So yesterday we met my cousin Levy to go to lunch at Mai Thai (Yaay). It was a blast! I love Levy and I was really excited to get to spend some time with him, and of course I love Mai Thai and was excited to go back! I forgot my camera at the hotel so I don't have any pics of Mai Thai with Levy!

After we were done with lunch, Levy dropped me back off at the hotel and Ashlee and Abbie came over to pick me up to go shopping at Ross. While we were there, Abbie decided she wanted new shoes and as we were going past anything she wanted she would just say "mine. mine. mine. mine." like the birds in the Disney movie "Finding Nemo." So while she was trying on some sandals she loved, I found some Gladiator shoes and we had her try them on. They were a little too small, but she looked absolutely adorable in them!

After we left Ross, we went to get Ashlee some food 'cuz she was starving, so we went to this Japanese sushi bar place. I had already eaten at Mai Thai so I just ordered some pot stickers. They were delicious and I loved the way they decorated the plates.

Abbie kept yelling and being loud and wouldn't listen to Ashlee, so Ash would have me tell her to be quiet, but I used the primary trick of "Ok, quiet time. Time to fold your arms and close your eyes." It was so funny. She did it every time and then she would just smile at me. She was so funny.

Yes, I realize that I have a lazy eye in that picture, and yes, it's annoying, but Abbie is cute so whatever.

After we went there, we went over to see Uncle Richard and Aunt Josie. We hung out at their house for a while and visited, then decided to go see Ashlee's grandma Linda and drop Abbie off for the night so we could go to dinner and a movie with Richie. 

We met Rich at a place called "Jalepeno's Bar and Grill" in Nampa and had some Mexican food and drinks for Richie's late birthday present. 

I have never tried a mojito before but have always wanted to, so I ordered a mojito and Rich ordered a Blue Moon beer, so I told the waiter to put his drink on my ticket for his birthday present. The guy played it off for a while, but then after we were done with dinner, they showed up in true Hispanic culture form with the sombrero and singing Happy Birthday to him. It was EPIC.

After we left Jalepenos, we decided to go see the movie 21 Jump Street. It is so funny and if you aren't offended by bad language and sexual puns the entire way through the movie, I would recommend it. If you are offended by that, I would recommend you don't see it lol. It was fun though, and I had a good night with Ash and Rich. Thanks guys! :)
