A Day Trip To J-Hole

Yesterday was a blast! I got to hang out with my cousin Cortney who I love, and her boyfriend Ruben's sister and her family. They are from California and had never been to Idaho or Wyoming, so they wanted to go see Jackson. Ruben's sister Andrina took some fun pics at the Wyoming sign and at the top of the Jackson pass that I'll add to this post when she emails them to me but for now I'll just do the ones I have. I had a great time getting to know them and can't wait to see them again. I was sad Ruben couldn't come but we'll just have to get together soon! :)
After we got over to Jackson we decided that we should go over to Snow King so that the kids could go sledding at the bottom of the mountain. When we got there Cort and I decided to ride the chairlift to the top of the mountain and take some pics. It was kind of neat to see it in the winter time since I saw it in the summer.

Bundled up and headed to the top
Still headed up- getting further from base! Haha
Our cute boots headed up the hill with us. Haha
The view behind us about 1/4 of the way up
We made it to the top!! Yaaay!

I had to....
Then came the ride back down- let me just say it was freezing cold and neither of us could feel our legs for a while. Hahaha. But it was tons of fun!

So funny story- on our way back down I heard sirens and told Cortney "Don't worry- I already called ahead for the ambulance and police for when the thing breaks." At that point we heard sirens, which made us laugh- so I found the sirens (you know I love sirens) and took a picture. Don't worry- I added circles and arrows for your convenience.
It's in the lower right corner for those of you with bad eyes. Haha.
After we got back to the bottom we went to the sledding hill to go hang out with Andrina and Tony while we waited for the kids to finish their sledding fun. It was so much fun to hang out with them and get to know them. They are a super cute couple and we laughed the whole day.

The next few pics are of the kids coming down the sledding hill in the tubes on the left.

So while the kids were sledding, Andrina and I decided that we should bond because she's got the butts and I've got the boobs. Haha. We had a blast. Here's some of our pics from our "photo shoot" hahaha.
I freaking love Andrina. She's awesome.

Then we made the kids sit still for a while while we took their pics hahaha

Daniel:

And my little cousin Jasmine came with us! :)

These kids were so much fun. I love Jasmine. She's so adorable, and Anthony and Daniel were so cute and made me laugh so hard. Daniel reminds me of Ruben 110%. I loved it! Can't wait to see these guys again!

After we left Snow King, we went over to the square so that Tony and Andrina could go get some fun souvenirs. While they were in the stores, Anthony and Cort and I sat in the car, but Daniel and Jasmine wanted to play outside in the snow. They didn't know I was taking pictures, but I saw a little crush and thought it was the cutest thing ever and had to take these pics:

Here's our inside the car pics, and like I said I'll add the rest of the pics when I get them from Andrina! Love that family and had a great day. Thanks everyone!!

Thanks again guys! Love you all!!

All I Want For Christmas/A Birthday For Bailey

Hey everyone! Long time no post...I know! So this one may be a little long. Today is Christmas, and we had the absolute most amazing Christmas season this year. The people who helped us this Christmas mean more to me than they will ever know. This year I felt the spirit of Christmas more than I have ever felt it in my entire life. We were helped by many and have received many blessings for sure. To start out the season, Reece and I decided we should make some "elf cookies" so that the elves could have something to eat just like Santa...
Paisley was tired and in the mood to snuggle
Reece and her "elf cookies"- (Cheerios dipped in frosting and sprinkles)
Reece and I hanging out after making the elf cookies
Our crazy faces after eating 1 too many of the elf cookies
Little Miss Paisley's hair is finally long enough to mohawk. Hahaha.
So for Christmas, I did a "Hugs and Kisses Machine" for Candyce and Chris and got the girls each a gift

Reece with her gift- My Little Pony for the tub
Reece's present- a rocking horse that makes sounds

This year for Christmas, both my Grandma and Grandpa Jakson were here as well as my Grandma Stewart. It was so much fun. Grandma Stewart has been in the hospital for the past two weeks with a broken back, but she was able to come spend a few hours on Christmas Eve as well as a few hours on Christmas day with us. It's a tradition for Grandma Stewart to be with us on Christmas, so I'm really glad it worked out. Having my Grandma and Grandpa Jackson here was so nice. They did so much this year, and we of course played cards and had a good time. I really enjoyed spending time with everyone.

This year I feel like I got spoiled beyond belief...I had such an amazing Christmas, so I of course took a picture of every single gift. Hahaa. Here goes:

It was such an amazing Christmas. Seriously.
So Michael has been dying to get a chef's outfit and this year his wish came true...

So stinking cute! I love my little brother!

In the middle of opening presents, we stopped because Brandon called. He is doing so well and loving his mission so much. He has definitely grown up a lot and has had a lot of amazing experiences and opportunities.  He has 4 baptisms coming up in January and he is very excited for that. I only got one pic of him calling and that was while mom was talking with him. :)

It was great. I am so glad Brandon gets to come home in 4 1/2 months. Yeah!!! After Christmas was over and my grandparents had all gone back home, I went over to my Uncle Craig and Aunt Sandy's to see them and Josh and Michelle and my girls. Today was Bailey's birthday so we enjoyed presents and cheesecake as well. Here's some pics from that.

When I got home I put my hair up, and sat with my little brother to watch a movie.

And now- I'm snuggled up in my LA Laker's blanket that my Grandma Jakson made for me (with a Laker's curling iron holder) and go to sleep. Good night all. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!!!
