Jaded: Playing Catch Up

I do so well with blogging on a regular basis most the time, but then I fail epically for a while. This post is another one of those "catch up" posts.

Now I have Paisley and Reece 5 days a week and I am loving it. They are hilarious. Reece is such a good helper and loves Paisley like you would not believe. She's a doll. Reece is 5 going on 20. Candyce got her a new swimming suit recently and hat and she was modeling them when the package got to the house. I was laughing so hard because she's such a little model. She strikes a pose and looks about 3 times her age, and we all just laugh.

The weather was really good the week before and we had been able to play outside and have fun, but this week the weather was crappy and we were pretty much stuck in the house all day. Thursday, Candyce thought it would be a good idea for us girls to get out of the house, so she text me and told me to take them out for lunch. TJ was here, so he went with us. When we got to the restaurant and ordered our drinks, I realized that Paisley hadn't ever had a lemon before, and so of course I busted out the camera and we let her try it. It was epic. Here's how it went...

Reece decided to show Paisley how to taste it...

Reece then tried to give Paisley some of the lemon...

She grabbed it so she could try it on her own...

She got the taste of it in her mouth...

And then she made this face...HAHAAHAHAHHAAHA

It was so cute. We were all laughing so hard...and by the end of lunch, she loved it and wanted more and more..

She's such a doll!!!

TJ got to come up for a few days and it was so nice (as always) to have him around. The more I'm around him, I swear the more I fall in love with him. He's such a nerd.

For those of you who know me, you know that I am in no way, shape or form anything country/hick/redneck. For my man I decided to buy a camo shirt and wear it. He has a country hat and I thought I'd steal it and be his "dream girl" for a while. Haha. Here are some of the pics of us this weekend...I had a blast and can't wait to see him again. He's coming to meet Brandon at the airport, which will be in 11 days. I can't even believe it. The time has gone by so fast!!
